Nice room, rude staff

The room was good, really spacious and clean. But wow, the staff could use a lesson in kindness. They were super rude when we checked in, especially when there was a mix-up with the room pricing. Made us feel pretty uncomfortable. At least the breakfast was decent, but not sure I'd wanna go back again.

Solo traveler’s mixed bag

After a long drive I checked in at 2am. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. I felt safe too, which. Well, that's big for me.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the most part, it was alright.

Had a great time with friends! We explored historic Jacksonville and checked out the amazing performances at the Craterian Theater. The hotel had super comfy beds, clean rooms, and a helpful staff. Just a short ride from attractions with their convenient shuttle service.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay, which was a disappointment.

Just a suitable option for a stopover in Medford with excellent value for money. The bed was very comfortable, helping me sleep well. If you're packing heavy, consider asking for a first-floor room due to the lack of an elevator.

The walls were pretty thin. we could hear a lot from next door. And the free shuttle was super convenient. The room had a comfortable king bed, and breakfast included tasty waffles and eggs.
